When I bought shoes from betseyjohnsonshoescanada.com I had to first create an account, then my card was apparently declined, then a transaction for more than I had authorized showed up on my credit statement to Neecloth Hongkong, who they claim is their payee. They told me the increased price was the exchange rate but the price listed said CAD (Canadian dollars). Their emails, order confirmations, shipping updates were really unprofessional and sketchy. I reported it as fraud or a scam and cancelled my credit card.
