I ordered a purse and sidny shoes which are on backorder. The purse was supposed to be delivered last Friday. After the wknd I received a notification that the package was damaged in transit and was being returned and I'd receive a refund for the purse. So I reordered it and paid for 2 day shipping. Bag is supposed to arrive tmrw. I need it for Saturday the 21st since I didn't receive it for last weekend. Shipping says it won't arrive until Monday. So now I am trying to contact them for a refund for the 2 day shipping I paid for but am not receiving. I question if the original purse was actually "damaged" and I already sense the argument into the shipping fee refund. I'll let visa handle them if they don't give it to me.
