As so many others have already said, this company is not trustworthy AT ALL. I ordered $75 worth of items from Zara, and I was notified that the package was "delivered, left at front door at 3:15 pm." I was home all day, so I went to the lobby of my building. No package... I called Lasership "customer service," which was a guy in India who barely spoke English who said they would "open a claim" and get back to me within 2 business days. 2 business days passed, and they determined that the package was "missing." AKA: the driver stole it. I never saw anyone deliver anything! The customer service rep told me that Lasership is "not responsible for missing or lost packages" and that I should "contact the seller." Luckily, Zara refunded me. Otherwise, I was about to do a chargeback on my credit card. I also reported them to Better Business Bureau, and signed a change.org petition to put them out of business. Just read their reviews to know how terrible they are! The drivers are stealing people's packages and getting away with it. There are no consequences.
