I ordered my products. Received the 2 $5 items, but did not receive my props I spent all the money for. Contacted them and emailed. Stayed on hold for 3 hrs, no response, and then hung up. Very angry customer. I need my money back ASAP!

I haven’t received my 2 big props that were expensive. They will not respond to emails or will not connect calls after holding on 3 hours plus
