I ordered the flowers to be received on the day of the funeral. Confirmation said flowered would be delivered on the date specified. Embarrassingly they did not turn up on the day and then we got another confirmation saying they would be delivered the next day, the day after the funeral! I contacted customer services and they refused any form of compensation. So flowers turned up the next day apparently but there was no one there to receive them and the funeral had passed. So thanks very much lovelyfloraworld for embarrassing the family by us being the only ones who didn't send flowers apparently and for the most disgusting customer service I have ever encountered with not even the decency to offer any form of compensation or gesture of goodwill. Do not rely on this company if you actually want any flowers for a special occasion. Can't attach a photo because we didn't get the flowers nor did we get a refund. Just awful!
