The Container Store offered options via email after sending 2 messages of apology, almost from the moment I submitted the order. I followed the directions to follow up with Container Store on my "options" but cannot make contact online or by phone.

At this point, just refund my money and I'll go back to Amazon. Too bad Container Store was not able to figure out a way to sell & ship products during the SIP. Better luck for the next pandemic.

It has been over 20 days since I placed my order and have no shipment details. They're just floating American money in their China banks.

I have followed the instructions on initial (and only) email.
I have gone through the Order Cancellation procedure on the website.
I have sent email.
I expect a full refund.
This was my last communication with them:

"REFUND MY MONEY FOR ORDER **************. Over 20 days ago your commitment to me was this:
Thank you for your order. Your order ************** is now being processed and will be dispatched normally within 5 7 days. An email with tracking information will be sent to you once the order is shipped out.
Super Savings: 7 - 15 Business Days
Standard Shipping: 6 - 8 Business Days
Express Shipping: 3 - 6 Business Days

You have been notified twice that I am canceling the order and requested refund. Now I demand refund."
