My order: ************** for KF94 face mask made on 27 May 21 was NEVER received by recipient till todate, 9/7/21. Another order: ************** of same product from same Seller made on 3 June 21, has not been received till todate! Made official complaint via email & Lazada's page and case no. Given. Even with case no. I had to follow-up almost every 2 days on my refund. I messaged Seller on my items, they said Lazada cancelled. It is back to square one! Very bad service!
