Lazada is a poor and incompetent version of amazon.com. Lazada could not handle shipping as they are late all the time nor can they handle customer support as most staff is incompetent, rude and they don't actually ever listen what you are saying. All they know is script based replies and doing as less as possible.

Used to have some kind of decency as a platform but this was years ago. Recommend to avoid it at any cost as you don't want to deal with their customer support as its nervewrecking. And you have to deal with them as if you order something, probability is that its late and maybe never arrive. And you cannot cancel your order as they have zero procedures in place to actually handle delays. Useless platform and hope people will understand it soon enough.
