I was charged $99 for a recurring premium membership on 6/29/22 that I made in 2021. I thought I cancelled the membership and I NEVER RECIEVED A RENEWAL NOTICE. So I requested a refund as I no longer use modelmanagment.com and haven't done so in months. I sent an email to modelmanagement.com membership requesting a refund on 6/29/22. I was told that they do not offer refunds for renewal, but I had no idea about the renewal until I was charged.
It is highly UNETHICAL to charge people for something that can't be refunded without giving them a chance to cancel with a renewal notice.

We understand that you're requesting a refund. However, the payment charged to you was from an automatic renewal from which you were informed via e-mail when you made the first payment. This renewal could be canceled anytime by you from the subscriptions page before the expiration date to ensure that there will be no recurring charges. We cannot issue a refund as renewals can't be refunded as stated on our refund policy, which can be found in 'Section E. Refund Policy' in our Terms and Conditions:
