In the past five years, I've purchased a bed set with a vanity, chest, and a mattress. I've also purchased a sofa set for my living room from Bob's. This year, I am officially DONE with them. I purchased a sofa and a love seat set from them in January 2021. By June 2021, the "leather" material started deteriorating. I reached out to them by phone, in person, and filed a claim through Guardian. What a joke! I wasted money and time making this purchase. On top of spending $2600 on the set, I also made a mistake of purchasing their 5-year nonsense warranty.

They started making their own rules that suited them to not cover the following issues with the living room set:

-The material started peeling within six months. Which isn't covered in the plan at all.
-The wood of the recliner broke. They did not cover that.
-The electrical part of the recliner broke. -They did not fix that.
-The hinges of the storage part broke. They didn't cover that as well.

Recently they sent me an email that this was their final decision. None of this was a regular wear and tear. This was all just made up from low quality material. I've purchased furniture 15 years ago that I still have and it is no where close to the condition of bob's furniture. I am highly disappointed with Bob's customer service, they refuse to understand the issue and just turn down any complaints the customer has.
