I had written a review stating that the company said I would receive a voucher instead of a refund for my cancellation due to the Pandemic.
I wrote them a third email again stating that I had purchased cancellation insurance.
They then stated that a refund would be processed for my deposit minus the cost of insurance.
I am happy to say my refund was processed back to my credit card.
I want to thank Holiday Car Rental for doing the right thing.
