They have nice low prices is the only good thing I can say about this company. However, they NEVER know an accurate count of what they have in stock. Seems like a lack of communication between the company and the "manufacturer" as customer service always says. They are always waiting for the manufacturer to ship them what is needed. 3 days, three days, after placing an order thinking everything has gone through and awaiting shipping as customer service has claimed would ship out on Friday, 8/11/2017, I was told the day prior to supposedly shipping day that the item is backordered in the color I wanted. Would have been nice to know this way prior than 3 days after placing order. I emailed them back saying I would take an alternative color instead, then later I realized I may as well cancel my order completely because I am so tired of their poor communication and quality service. Do not advertise something that is NOT in stock! Figure out another way to better communication with the manufacturer. You will never see a good company with an important reputation to withhold advertising an item online that is not in stock. I am pretty sure it is too late to cancel my order. I did contact them in an email saying I would like cancel my order, shortly after emailing them to say I would take the alternative color. I will probably end up receiving the order in the maily anyway. Regardless, for sure, I will not be ordering with Ebonyline.com anymore. 2/3 orders were a nightmare.
