The title says it all. I preordered a pricey dress from them in a specific size over a month in advance. When the item never shipped (I never received any follow up or explanation) I reached out to customer service to see what was up. They informed me the that item they allowed me to preorder was now sold out due to high demand and then went on to inform me that they could not give me a refund for this never shipped item, only store credit. I do not understand how any kind of reputable company will take someone's money to pre-order something well in advance and then flat out refuse to return said money when they admit they have no capacity or intention of filling the order. It is one thing to only offer store credit when a product has been delivered and then returned (things can get damaged in transit and it makes sense for a company to protect themselves somewhat) but charging someone over $400 for a dress you never deliver and refusing them their money back is just straight up unethical. Avoid at all costs
