I've bought from them in the past, and had zero issues. Quality has gone downhill, customer service does not exist, and you're better off going to their competitor. Don't bother with the return (the speakers were the wrong size). I'll just resale the garbage you sent. Stay away, go to Crutchfield.

Bought a set of speakers. Tried to contact them as soon as I got them. One of them was no good....
