Do not. Do not. Do NOT use nationwide. Customer service is atrocious. They toe the company line. If you're not a corporate client, they have no use for you. Hidden extra fees at every turn. Unacceptable levels of communication. Radio silence. They have had nearly three months to prepare for our delivery date and we still do not have our belongings. An absolutely terrible company.
