I purchased a Joyride harness for my 45 pound lab mix on Nov 26,2022. After three months of enjoying using it, the buckle broke and my dog could simply slide out of it! That's dangerous! So I contacted the company to ask for help. Their website says there is a 365 day warranty for any defects. However, the customer service representative sent me a reply saying sorry, after reviewing my case, they are unable to help because I bought it from them through Amazon! Amazon won't help because it is literally one week past the three month return window. Terrible customer service! Joyride does NOT stand behind their product.
