1. Bad customer services. They do not have clear policy about what's consider misleading, customer services rep have no authority, they are there to listen ONLY and NOT solve your problems.
2. Dispute team is like a robot, does not have common sense to make simple judgements, very laughable.
3. Questionable product qualities. Lazada does not care what is selling on their site. Anything for $.
4. Sellers take advantages of buyers because Lazada is so lax on their policy and rules.
