I purchase a Xbox Live Gold Membership.
The Code they sent me does not work in the Untied States. They had me try multiple different ways of trying to get the code to work, including a number of "backdoor" links. After attempting to enter the code in about 8 different ways at the behest of their customer service department, they refused to send me a code that is appropriate for my region. After wasting a lot of my own time on a product they took my money for, they are now advising that they don't trust me to not give the code to someone else and wont refund my money for "several working days".
Horrible experience, horrible customer service, bad grammar on every single email I received from them. STAY AWAY if you are in the united states.
