I've been a Frontier customer for several years. At first the company was actually pretty good about customer service but not now. They have become one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with PERIOD! Always over an hour wait for customer service. The call back feature has never worked. If you actually get a person on the phone it will be someone at a phone bank in a foreign country...always very difficult to understand what they are saying. When they set up a service call nobody ever shows up; they leave you waiting all day and never call to say that they won't be there. I haven't had internet service for a month and now my phone service quit working. I can't get anyone on the phone for service so I'm going to do what everyone else out here is doing...cancel Frontier and go to Starlink. Frontier has truly become a bad joke!

My two complaints are as follows: I've ordered a couple things from Rural King and have found that the people who take the calls for product information are quite clueless when it comes to the products they sale. It seems as if you have a question about a product you better do your own research because they can't really do much more than tell you if it is in stock or not...even that isn't a for sure thing with these people. I just got an email saying that they no longer ship anything at all to California. I thought it must have been a mistake so I called and was told that in fact the 40,000,000 customers (potential or established) in California can order from other companies but that they in fact no longer ship anything to the state of California! Not only are they a company of uninformed, under performing employees but it seems that the management is somewhere between "really dumb" and "totally stupid"! That's ok, we have lots of other online choices.

I would not have done business with Swappa had I known that you never really buy a product from them. They are just a "middle man" in the transaction and provide no direct help when something goes wrong as it did with my purchase. NEVER BUY FROM A MIDDLE MAN SET UP! I'm still unclear as to how to resolve the problem with my purchase and Swappa just continues to say..."we've forwarded your email/ problem yo the supplier and they will be getting in touch with you"... that's it. There are so many places to buy a cell phone directly from the supplier that it's never necessary to get a third party involved. I didn't know that they were a third party seller in the first place! DO NOT BUY FROM Swappa!
