My sales rep Ashley was nice and easy to work with but once I complained the product was really bad (Image completely washed out, embroidery not even legible) I was informed that it is because they use digital printing vs silk screening. I guess they stand by their TERRIBLE product as they justified it by saying that is just how digital looks vs screening... yet they have no problem charging the same. They should show a true representation on their website then... see how many orders they get!
