I have called and chatted with their customer service at least 9 times, for a total of 4 hours, and was belched at, sung to, promised by each person that they would assist me to get phone service or that an expert would call me back to no avail. I also asked for a refund for my airtime within a week and they all avoided and put me through repeated efforts to dismantle the phone, rebuild the towers, alter numerous settings and still no resolution. Hello Better Business Bureau and credit card company chargebacks!
