I have called and chatted with their customer service at least 9 times, for a total of 4 hours, and was belched at, sung to, promised by each person that they would assist me to get phone service or that an expert would call me back to no avail. I also asked for a refund for my airtime within a week and they all avoided and put me through repeated efforts to dismantle the phone, rebuild the towers, alter numerous settings and still no resolution. Hello Better Business Bureau and credit card company chargebacks!

Tip for consumers:
I have used this company for years and had great service but now in the last few months the customer service is nonexistent and I have no phone service. They haven't listened to my concerns at all and wasted hours of my time. Now I have to approach my credit card company for a refund to the airtime purchase.

I told them I was definitely changing carriers and also reporting them to BBB.

Vast majority of matches are 100 miles away, highly impractical for seniors. Don't waste your time and money. They are supposedly one of the highest rated at 9.9 but they probably rate themselves! Worst ripoff ever! Time for the Better Business Bureau to be informed.
