Ordered a large (35") dark grey dog bed. Upon order confirmation, was notified of "shipping delays". As such, I reached out to cancel. They then advised that the product had already shipped but they provided no tracking info. When challenged, they provided a tracking number. Bed arrived a few days later... I ordered dark grey...they delivered BLUE. I ordered and paid for a large (35") bed...they delivered small (<24") bed. The bed has little padding and is no where near thwe quality that they claim. Dont waste your time or money...
