“DO NOT USE THIS SITE - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

I have been a long term customer and completed an order last week that didn't complete but the money was taken from my credit card. I am now several hundred dollars poorer with no order to show for it I have been trying to contact them for 10 days running with no response. Very disappointing and unacceptable lack of any customer care
I will give a negative rating if I could!
