I can't adequately describe my disappointment in these earrings. The description says One Size which isn't enough to show that they are extremely small. I doubt that you would see them on my four year old granddaughter. Unfortunately I bought them for an adult women. I knew when I bought them that there was a non-refundable policy. No wonder! I actually have no idea what I am going to do with them. Therese

I have been a long term customer and completed an order last week that didn't complete but the money was taken from my credit card. I am now several hundred dollars poorer with no order to show for it I have been trying to contact them for 10 days running with no response. Very disappointing and unacceptable lack of any customer care

Terrible experience. I ordered some clothes for my daughter and paid for expedited delivery so that she could wear them for a very important audition. The delivery time came and went, and despite me contacting them 6 times to try to figure out what was going on, it took them 4 days to tell me the package was lost. They refused to ring the courier to see what was going on. When I finally got on to the courier, they told me they had never received the items from Iconic. They lie and lie and don't make the slightest effort to make things right. Will never ever shop with them again.

I ordered a bag that is supposed to come with 2 detachable straps - 1 shoulder strap and 1 cross-body strap. When I received the parcel, the cross-body strap was missing. I reported this issue and was advised to report the item as faulty and arrange for a return/exchange. Why do I have to send everything back just so they can send them all back to me with the missing strap?I
Good luck receiving a faulty item and try to return it for refund. They will offer you a store credit of 10% of its value.
I placed an order for $400+. They had issues and the order wasn't processed yet they managed to process my credit card details.
I contacted them and was told they were very sorry but I should re-order for another $400 and it would take 3-5 days before my money would be refunded. They wouldn't process the order I had paid for for me nor reserve the items so they wouldn't sell out. They didn't offer me any gift voucher but happily told me I could use my previous gift voucher that I had earned. Disgusting
I have been very impressed with the customer service I have received from shopping with The Iconic. The clothing choice is enormous, and the service is excellent. I have now bought many items, especially from the Iconic Outlet online store. Highly recommended.

The iconic ha eve the worse delivery times and the most inaccurate. I've purchased 3x time in 4 months and I waited 2 weeks the first time, 10 days the second time and now 3 weeks and still waiting. They give constant excuses as to why and won't cancel the order but yet it hasn't left Australia. I've purchased 2 items from Australia in the last 7 days and all have arrived. Iconic, I would never purchase again off this site. The worst experience ever and no support to track it down.
Took ages to process my exchange and after days they decide to refund me $20 less. I emailed them but I never heard from anyone to apologize nor to check what has happened. Poor customer service. Absurd
The Iconic used to have excellent customer service and very quick delivery, which is what made it so good and better than other shopping sites. Over the past 10 months though I have had nothing but problems with every single item purchased - going missing, getting lost in transit, not being shipped until chased; their customer service just regurgitates the same line over and over and their delivery dates are never met anymore. Customer service often promised an 'investigation' however weeks later I have found that these investigations haven't been opened. The Iconic used to be my number one shopping site, but now I would rather spend my money anywhere else.

After years leaving in Australia I finally decided to try the Iconic, only to get stressed and regret completely my purchase... I was sent something I didn't order, cheaper than what I actually paid for (shorts instead of leggings)... then when I requested what I actually paid for I was asked to actually pack the item THEY sent me and walk 20 minutes to the post office ( I leave far from everything) when I am already working 7 days a week and I barely have time for myself... where is the empathy?! Why should I pay for the company's mistake?! I really can't understand... a online shop should have in mind the main idea of buying something online is to avoid getting out of your own house and waist the time I don't have... specially to go the post office fix someone's else's mistake. I am not an employee of your company, why should I be fixing your mistakes with my time like I owe you something when the mistake was not mine?!

I used to love the Iconic, and shopped with them without incident for a few years. Fast forward to now, when I receive a faulty item during the middle or corona virus. My experience with their customer service team has been horrible. Only essential services are running in new zealand and they are unwilling to extend the return period as I do not have access to mail services. Truly disappointing. I do not feel like a valued customer at all! Have lost my favourite online store. You would think that during a global pandemic they might be a good global citizen and be a little bit flexible instead of concerned over bottom dollar which is a 25 dollar shirt.
The Iconic refused to exhange an item (a pair of jeans) for another size. I was not told this when I ordered and I expected that given sizes vary so much this would be standard procedure to exchnge if needed. The size they sent was much smaller than average sizes. They told me they won't exchange because the price was discounted. I will never trust them again. When I have tried to post a review, some sites seem to go straight back to The Iconic and they prevent negative review from posting. I will be interested to see if this one goes through.

What a dodgy service from the iconic! I purchased a bunch of Christmas gifts during Black Friday, it spent me half the day because of the busy website. After 5 days I received an email and it said that my parcel is on its way back since their staff put an incorrect address on the shipping items. So I emailed the iconic to follow up and they responded that they had already refund the money to me without any explanation or a solution to this mistake. I replied saying that I want the package back as these were all the children's Christmas gifts however nobody returned my email. After I spent an enormous effort on my email and live chat finally they insisted that I needed to purchase all my products again full price, once I receive a package they might partially refund the discount to me. The worst thing is that they said it could take at least 15 business days to reship the parcel depending on where the parcel is. This wasn't a customers mistake that the parcel went missing. I shouldn't be paying full price for these products again even with the refund.
I have been ordering form the iconic for some years now without any issues.
Just recently I ordered 2 tshirts and one fit well for my hubby and mine was short length wise. You could just see it even before fitting but I just fit it once and put it back in the package plastic to return. I did just that and after they received the tshirt they said there were tags missing. I DID NOT REMOVE ANYTHING because I knew immediately that it won't fit. So anyway, they sent it back and then contacted me after they post it to let me know that they have returned it as it doesn't meet their return criteria. I email back to explain. I email the. Back to explain that the tshirt should be in the very same state as it came as I didn't not remove anything and they said ok, I should send it back when it arrives... AGAIN.
I purchased a pair of Ugg branded slippers in April 2021, believing they are good quality, comfortable slippers for around the house. But 9 months later the inner sole materials deteriorated and started hurting my feet, its clearly poor materials used, I'm only 55 kgs it's not my body size affecting these I'm fairly slim. When approaching the Iconic they instantly blamed it on "wear and tear" and accused me of not bringing it to the attention any sooner! It only occurred after this time how friggin rude and unprofessional, I have been suffering from Uterine Fibroids for 6 months and unable to function with low iron and massive heavy blood flowing everywhere, do you think they understand? How am I supposed to send emails when I'm in the toilet every day with blood everywhere! Don't you think once I'm healthier I can do that? Common sense prevails.
It's an appalling way to treat your customers and shows you lack the knowledge and ability to handle faulty products. They are clearly just selling what the major retailers refuse to sell, due to quality and materials. I won't be returning.

I've been a customer of many years I buy regularly as online works best for my circumstances-I foster kids so from time to time I have many ppl residing with me who also purchase from there. All was fine apart from hiccups here & there that needed chasing up. Well all until recently when I noticed their change in return resolution. So please be warned as this is what The Iconic is now playing out. I had purchased a bag $600 however received a totally different bag. Tried to contact them the cue was long and I was preoccupied and couldn't wait. I went ahead and checked the item I originally ordered it turned out there was none left. So I processed to action a return for refund and headed off to post office to send back the wrong item. All was well Return was lodged and sent off. Item arrived and collected by Iconic 10th March. Up until now still no refund. When I question them I get the same answer as I'll pass it on and it will be taken care of in next few days. Over a month now since they physically received it I get the senior member email saying we will NOT be accepting to refund you coz we can't find your return. I said What The …. It is documented and lodged thru au post and you so have it. It's $600 of mine plus you have the wrong bag that u sent me in error. Well she just brushed me off as not our problem. Along with this that Im waiting on that I thought will eventually come hasn't. I sent back a damaged basketball it seemed to have had holes in it that isn't allowing it to be blown up. This item was sent back ( get this) 2 months ago and I'm still waiting on the exchange. That now if you go look up the tracking it doesn't show up anymore because it's been so long. My warning here is that I believe The Iconic is being deceitful. Making out they haven't received your returns then as time is ticking over into months the tracking details can't be found and they score the bonuses. I am still waiting on other high priced items that were purchased awhile ago Again lodged as received by the iconic But still NO refund and no one cares. Be sure people to save all your proof safely. Disgusting and damn right Dirty actions from The Iconic you people should be ashamed of yourself. Items I've returned to have been collected and well documented so I want my refunds.
They will NEVER see another dollar from me again. Shame on u The ICONIC shame!
