Shopped this site for a mattress and added a hybrid queen mattress to my cart. Ended up waiting a couple days before the actual purchase and they sent me an email with a $200 dollar lower price. When I called them on it they said that was their American price even though there was a big C (indicating canadian funds to me) infront of the price and a Canadian address in the email. When i called them the only thing they were willing to do was opt me out of marketing emails and still not admiting the obviously glaring marketing "mistake" and not honoring their price offered in the email.

Another website that promises what you want to hear. Says items delivered in 3-4 days and its only getting to canada 1 week since ordering, so still waiting for item. The wok I ordered is great and the price was decent. Would order again but would expect the long ship time.

Ordered a softener from aquatell.com and it was processed and handed over to the shipper quickly( within a couple days). The shipping was "free" (included). Although the shipper took the parcel on a wild goose chase and it took way to long, Reid, the water specialist, helped to straighten the issue out promptly and professionally. Thanks Reid! If there wasn't such a kerfufle during shipping would have been 5 stars but unfortunately being an online company part of your business is judged upon who you decide to use as a shipper. I would order again even after the shipping fiasco.

A year later and the softener is working great. Had a small prob with the water measuring part and was promptly shipped a new one.

Cellular provider working from the telus, bell network for much cheaper. No call center but when it takes an hour to talk to a human at telus or bell what is the difference really? Forum based tech support with ways to make your bill cheaper like 2$ off for auto pay and 1$ off for every referal. Even money off for helping others on the forum.

Ordered cell signal booster on the 6th of december and it has yet to arrive (13 days ago) i am rural but they told me 3-4 business days. Paid for the customs ins. And good thing too because i got a call from dhl(worst delivery co ever) and they demanded 38 bucks to deliver. And that was a week ago. Had to pay, then use lightinthebox ticket system to get reimbursed. Something a little shaddy about a company that only has a ticket system for customer inquiries. I went to make a ticket with lightinthebox for not recieving and found that they listed my purchase as delivered. I guess since they paid out the customs $ they think it was delivered? They also use dhl for delivery so no guarantee when it will arrive. They can tell you any delivery time and it means nothing. Stick with an online company from your own country and skip the bs. I see lightinthebox repling to these reviews with bs about "go check your tickets". That way it looks like they are resolving things. But really? How about a chat or an email or a phone number? Too legit i guess. OMG is trump right? Bad idea to buy from china? You be the fool, er i mean judge. Don't want to leave my order number because if it never shows up i don't want to be blackmailed into changing this review to get proper service as i've read in other reviews.
I probably would order this item from them again but only because its not available in my country without considerable mark up, but at least i would be aware of extended delivery times and always get the customs and tax insurance unless your country has a free trade agreement with china. Update received Lintratek 65dB LCD Display GSM 850 3G 1900 Dual Band Repeater and is working with a little finesse. Get cell network analyzer and made sure it wasn't oscilating.(it was)

They will promise you a shipping time but it means nothing. They sent my package to the wrong town then tried to blame me for not supplying them with a proper postal code. It was properly supplied to them, i have the proof but they just grasp a t straws trying to lay the blame anywhere but at there own incompetence. They outsourced the delivery to loomis who outsourced to some one else who outsourced it to another courier so they don't even know where my package is, nevermind when it will actually arrive. Will never order from a business that uses dhl again. I thought purolator was bad but dhl takes the sh*tty cake.
Update: courier arrived minutes after this review and then tried to charge me a second time for duties so keep or print a receipt.

Service is lackluster and employees don't give a@#$% about the customer or their parcel... just there for the paycheck

So far its taken 2 weeks to get a package delivered within the same province! And it cost $20 more than canada post.
They also conveniently suspend the delivery gaurantee when they get busy.
Poor business practices don't use unless you have NO other choice... seriously try a carrier pigeon first!

Currently using this site for my smokable medical needs. Tried the non exotic strains and was ok.
Shipping is fast and comes canned and vac sealed. Like that they let u split an ounce into various eighths for price of an ounce.****Update**** good quality and fair prices, the exotic is worth the little extra.

Requires membership but painless process over skype. Nice selection and shipped quickly but shipping was 30 bucks (yet i know shipping should have only been 17.99 or less to my address) and they charge 2 taxes on product and shipping! Prices are already inflated over other dispensaries so sticker shock is inevitable. Will update product quality when received.
Update... product was beyond phenomenal, rock hard sticky buds, but can't get past the sticker price shock. Sorry but went elsewhere.

Scam! Dont use! I have been using bcbud.ca for a couple months now and HAD a good experience. But no longer use them.The product seemed consistently awesome. I would be happy to add another star if they would just ship the product as fast as they accept payment. My last order took almost 20 days before it was shown as shipped by the post office. Within 24 hour ship time would be acceptable and get a 5 star review. I also told a couple friends who were very happy with them (aside from slow shipping times) and received a few freebies on a very large order.
Only order if you don't mind waiting up to a month to get your product. I won't be ordering again! I've moved on to more reputable suppliers on leafly. I have had good luck with contacting cust serv. In the morning but it sounded like she was getting out of bed.and its the same response of blowing smoke in my $#*!. Update********* looks like they took the money and ran someone please do ddos on their site!

I ordered an allergy test before I researched but soon found out that it is a test based on waving a crystal at your hair and magically it tells them what items out of 600 that you maybe allergic to. I quickly emailed them to cancell my order and was informed that it would cost me 10% of my order to cancel even though it was only10 minutes later. Once I filed a dispute with paypal they told me too bad I filed a dispute cause they would have given me 100 % back... but since I filed a dispute they now would not give me any until paypal decides. Very poor business practice but I guess scammers are scammers. BEWARE
Same as allergytesting.info and billed as healthy stuff online ltd. And the intolerance testing group. And juiceprogrammes.com all come up after a little digging. A juice company that tests allergies? Hhmmmm

I've noticed some 1 review accounts giving high stars, don't be fooled by the fake reviews. They started showing up when my review hits got into the 5 digit realm. We see right through you "allergytest". Good reviews only showed up within a months timeline, must have been when they found the review.

Tried partsavatar after I found my usual US part site got too pricy due to the sinking canadian dollar. Now i've used them 3-4 times and the most recent is why i'm changing my review. I order parts on a friday before noon and it wasn't shipped until the following monday evening. And when it was shipped they used the slowest possible shipping agent in canada... purolator. On partsavatars website they claim my parcel would arrive between the 6th and 10th (ordered on the 3rd) but purolator is quoting the 22nd. When i tried to contact them by phone, email, and the "chat" button i have yet to get a response. So only order if it saves a great deal of money and you don't need the parts for 2 weeks. Once again rockauto will be my goto parts store.

Good on all aspects. Have started using a different site now due to poor canadian dollar.
EDIT: back to being my #1 goto for parts.

I was a walmart weekly purchaser until they decided I am rural and attached ridiculous shipping prices.
