I found an item on the site, placed the order and my credit card was charged. Then 5 days later I was informed that the order was cancelled due to insufficient inventory. Now waiting for a refund on my credit card.

Thievery. That pretty much sums it up. Crappy, awful-junk quality. They refuse to offer refund...
No control over inventory or credit card company’s length to refund. Very sorry you were disappointed
