I ordered a 2 piece tuxedo. Only the jacket was shipped. No pants. The jacket had been rolled up and placed in a gallon size plastic bag. When I contacted customer service, the non-US based customer service representative asked me to upload a picture of the missing pants... (really). Ultimately, another agent sent me a return label. I had to argue about not paying SOF's $9.95 return fee. It will take 2 weeks to credit my credit card. Somehow, I just know SOF's next illogical move will be to say that I only returned part of the suit and that my refund thus cannot be processed. Never again. Walmart has better customer service.
