McDonalds at Dorr & Reynolds in Toledo. Poor customer service and laziness That I could live with. An enployee took a piece of trash off of the bottom of her shoe and placed in on the food prep area. The manager was notified and refused to sanitize the area and continued to prepare and serve food from this contaminated prep table. Disgusting. Owner ignores BBB complaints and refuses to refund meals that were inedible due to sanitary conditions
