I finally broke down and submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau after three months of no movement on my order and ridiculous replies to emails requesting an update. Well, now MyPix2 won't give me any answer other than "your order and complaint will be handled through your BBB complaint". So... I think I can kiss my 2 canvases and the $40+ good bye! I'll reorder from Canvas People or Canvas on Demand. Chances are they will be on my wall by next week!
