I haven't been with EarthLink not even a day. The customer service representative don't give you none of the right information! I talk to 3 different representative & they all lied to me on different things! All EarthLink want is is your money! I ask to speak to a manager but, they want let you talk to anyone! I have been so upset all day about this Internet! I want.to cancel my service but, they continue to lie like they are going to fix the problem! I am getting ready to dispute my transaction with them & I'm going to send their equipment back! They have charge my card twice but still no service!

Tip for consumers:
I just think when you in a business and you selling things just be straight forward with everything because me personally I can't stand to be lied too!!! And the bad part about it EarthLink has taken $74.95 and $81.00 off my bank card but still don't have no service! I am literally sick behind this! My head been hurting me all day because of the nonsense the customer service has put me through!!!

I paid for the Internet service ,but I haven't been able to get it started! I talk three representatives& all of them told three different lies!!!!
