After what was said to be a 40 min flight delay, we arrived at FtLauderdale international airport over an hour behind schedule...sat in the plane over 40 more minutes...missed our car rental appointment...return flight... no one showed up at the Allegiant counter Mon until after lunch. We saw them arrive, last one carring in a pizza 4 of them came out an hour later to over 150 people waiting in line! NOT OK!
WILL NEVER FLY WITH THEM AGAIN!

Rented a car with this company. Arrived at Ft Lauderdale International Airport about an hour later than expected due to flight delays. Called as soon as we were there, the agent contaced the local company and was told they would arrive shortly. After another half hour or so we called the local office as well...we were again told they would arrive in 10-15 minutes in a white toyota as their van was broken. (it was midnight by this time!) Then they turned their phones to a recording and went home...and yes left us stranded in the middle of the night! WHO DOES THAT?!?!?!? This is a complete SCAM! Do not waste your time or money! One star is only because there wasn't an option for negative stars! It cost a fortune to fix the situation!
