I purchased this service a year ago, and used few times to connect the local photographers from the application. You apply into castings none of the big castings turn back, applications sit there. I stop using the application after few months of my purchase, I did not see any value. I thought this was a one time purchase, I did through their website. In nowhere in my phone there was a sign that I am still subscribed to this service after a year. On April 2nd, the day of my renewal I received an email that is a purchase confirmation. Until that point, there was no alert about the renewal. I went ahead and checked the charge from my online banking saw it is "Pending". Immediately cancelled subscription and reached out to the customer service. I am hoping that they are going to immediately cancel the charge. Instead, they said it is too late. I explained multiple times how I was blindsided and how I was not noticed whatsoever from anywhere that this charge is gonna go through that day except of the purchase confirmation email. This customer service is not to serve customer or protect their rights but just to persuade you to give up on your money. I said I have not been using this service over 6 months. This is a full year subscription I do not want to pay this amount for a service I did not even use over 6 months and not planning to use at all. They did not help me. I opened a dispute and they turned back to my email by saying they can make an exception and give 50% refund if I cancel the dispute. Otherwise I lose my chance to get half of my money back. I have been going back and forth with these people telling me that no refunds then telling me that 50% compromise on the money they take from my account because my credit card is on file. I never felt this disappointed about a service I gave it a try before. I don't how much they need my money to survive but they literally acting like I am responsible of the amount they charge me out of my control. Never been put into such misery because I agreed on "the terms" which is "required" to purchase this online service anyways.

After your initial purchase, the details of your plan including the next renewal date and payment details are indicated in the confirmation email that we sent to your email. The email also includes information on how you can cancel the renewal from your profile so you will not be charged for recurring charges. Our apologies that this was missed.
