I ordered a Starter Box in May. Never heard anything or received it. Then yesterday I was charged for my subscription.
I had to call, spent at least 30 minutes+ on the phone, and found out the shipping team threw out my address and didn't send the box, let me know, or cancel and refund my order.
After 0ver 30 minutes on phone call, I ended up cancelling everything. They did offer a gift card, etc, but it's too much trouble dealing with a company that doesn't communicate well or take care of customers when they have shipping issues. Like I'm only a phone call or email away.
It is sad because I have friends who love FabFitFun. I was looking forward to receiveing the boxes--figured anything I didn't love would make good stocking stuffers for the extended family.
Guess the point is, if you don't hear from them, make a phone call and find out what's going on with your order(s).
