The Company is Scam Artists. I ordered 2 Items as a Birthday Present and suppose to get a free pair or earings and I find out the Scam Company charged Me for the same earings that were suppose to be free. I had to get My Bank Involved after I never got any response from their Useless Incompetent Customer Service after receiving a sealed up Package that only had one pair of earings. I am letting Everyone I know and ever meet to not ever order from this awful Scam artist Company.

HMMMM WHERE DO I START... FIRST OFF I JUST WANT TO SAY WITH GUITAR CENTERS CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU HAVE TO KEEP CALLING AND CALLING TRYING TO GET AN AMERICAN ON THE PHONE AND TRYING TO FIND AN AMERICAN REP THAT WONT SCREW YOU OVER. I WAS LIED TO ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS REGARDING AN ORDER. I WAS TOLD I HAD OVER 200 DOLLARS IN CREDIT AND I PLACED 2 ORDERS WITH THAT SO CALLED CREDIT JUST FOR THOSE ORDERS TO BE CANCELLED AND WHERE I HAD TO CALL 8 TIMES IN A ROW AFTER ALREADY SPENDING 2 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH INCOMPETENT SO CALLED REPS THAT JUST KEPT NOT HELPING ME OUT. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND I AM SO DISGUSTED AND FED UP ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY... SMDH

Uber Eats is the worst Delivery app ever. Everytime I place an order before 11 pm and it goes through fine but then only says "Order recieved, working on it now and everytime I call the place I order from and they say no order came through. And then it says "No Couriers nearby" so no one to pick up order. And then it will just go back and forth from "No Couriers neaby" to "Accepting Orders etc" I waited over an hour and ended up having to cancel the order. On top of that there is no Customer Service by phone and it's a miracle if You even get any help within 3 hours. You get charged for almost the entire amount of the order if You canc it while it says"*Preparing" even though You won't even get the order because of No Couriers available or the Store is closed. I will not be ordering again from that horrible app from Hell.
