CS Lazada is a badly managed team, they represent their bosses and one can easily deduct that management is just lazy, non participative in actual customer complaints, CS team is just there to make money either for the BPO that somehow is related to management i.e corruption in plain sight. If there is an actual check and balance the idiots at CS Lazada would not behave like that. My case in particular is that my Lazada wallet can't pay seller. Why? Because CS team themselves have blocked that transaction! The reason being I have done it before and so many times and never faced this abuse, it all happened because their CS sophia( which is a made-up name by Lazada itself) was angry that I pointed out to her she was giving wrong information. This triggered this twat and the whole fiasco started and has gone into day 3. All that time of live chat with me, 3 call's I made to them and Lazada CS specialist(special my foot more like $#*!'s) there was not a single complain no given, why? I only received one call yesterday after 2 day's. Long story short Lazada Management need to be investigated for 1) corruption 2) bullying customers 3) Mismanagement. The Malaysian Lazada No1 need's to be fired, a useless piece of $hit. My email ID is the same ID used for Lazada.
