I ordered the flowers on the 10/04/2020 for delivery on the 17/04/2020 for a friends birthday. I tried calling them and emailing. Phone is just constantly engaged and you have to wait 1-3 days for a reply to your email.
There is no point delivering birthday flowers 3 days late which is why I ordered a week in advance. I have asked for the order to be cancelled and for a refund. Lets see if they are any better at this than actually supplying flowers.
There is no excuse for such shoddy service in current times. If they can't keep up with demand then they shouldn't take the orders.
