After car broke down,... I spent HOURS on Turo "helpline"... Turo will "ditch you" in situations like this...and pulverize their responsibility by only allowing phone instead of chats... leaving you nothing but unforfilled promises. Wost company EVER.
Tip for consumers:
Turo provided substitute car,.. but failed their own host... as obviously I needed to return new car to same airport as i picked up original car (which broke down). Money dispute is ongoing...
