This company is writing its own reviews. It is nothing less than a scam.
They got £2,300- out of me yesterday for a sofa they guaranteed express delivery would arrive by the 8th May 2023.
The confirmation email states delivery 9July 2023.
I have cancelled my order and had to report it to Mastercard but I have no doubt that I will have problems getting my money back.
Please take the negative reviews as factual warnings and do not become another victim.
Tip for consumers:
I believe the negative feedback left by other victims of this company and am very disappointed that Mastercard allowed the payment to go through.
I do not believe that the positive feedback is genuine at all because the email from the company has already proved that they are totally unreliable and certainly very questionable.
Products used:
I purchased a sofa and arm chair with guaranteed express delivery, stating by the 8th May 2023.
I received an email today stating 9th July 2023.
No use at all for me so I've cancelled my order and contacted Mastercard. I have not received a confirmation of my cancellation or a refund.
