I ordered one product but got another. I had two order numbers with two different products. I ordered 1 product. Tried to clarify problem to two different agents. My email was lost. Despite their contacting me that way. Didn't have either order number. No offer to help, refund, replace not a thing. Wasn't impressed. To tired to add pictures again to something. You lost me.

Tip for consumers:
Your return policy sucks. If it's your mistake you correct it not client. You may get some money back you may not. Scam artists.
