I have had several good visits to our local Guitar Center in Evansville, In. I stopped in today to buy a guitar case that was on sale. A younger male with bushy curly brown hair asked if he could help me. I pulled out my phone, showed him the case I had in my cart online. He looked it up, said he had 2 of them. Told me it may be a few minutes before he can find it. I replied no problem, I will look around a bit. Well the next thing I see him on the floor, ignoring me, talking with another employee, then reorganizing something in a box, looked at me, turned the other way. I am thinking what did I do... Then I went up to another man with beard, I think he is mgr, and told him what I was looking for and the more I thought about it, hell no, Ill order online and have it shipped to me. I wont be back. I may order stuff online but I wont go back to store.

Tip for consumers:
I never thought I would be treated like this.

I have been a customer of AMS for many years. For the most part I have had good luck with them but the problem is in their website. I cannot go online and make a payment in advance due to their payment section of their web site. I have emailed them and they really do not care if anyone likes it or not. Once I get my bill paid down I dont think I will go back. I can go to zZounds and make a payment with ease, no worries. No such luck at AMS.

Tip for consumers:
At one time a person could make a payment on their site and it would work fine. Now it is a cluster but the sad part is they dont care if bothers you or not. AMS wants you to call in to make a payment or to check on a payment, I dont have time for this petty bs. Just fix the web site so I can make payments when I want as long as they are before the due date.....

I have bought basses, guitars, desk, strings, made my first order there June 4 of 2021.

For the price of shipping the service is not very encouraging. I was told by my representative from MDG that I would have my TV delivered by Friday September 21,2018. Then the tracker for CEVA stated delivery for September 24th. Then I received a telephone call from CEVA to go online to setup a delivery time and date. The earliest day is September 25, but I will be in the hospital having surgery. So I was hoping to come home from surgery and watch my new TV but now I wont be able to lift it onto stand much less get up to answer door for delivery. To me this is ridiculous. Plus I am still irritated that MDG doesnt tell a customer that FREE DELIVERY is not available in their area until after the fact. I should be able to put in my ZIP CODE and find out if it is free delivery. Their business plan looks good on paper but not near as smooth in the real world.

Update: tv got here on 24th after a call to carrier. MDG had me call carrier and a better delivery date was setup. Tv was delivered in great condition. Im happy now.
