I ordered and paid $21.75 for this movie. Upon hitting play I immediately realized there was very little sound. My television had to be turned all the way up to 100 just to barely hear the movie. Normally we watch our television at a max of 24.3 mins and 28 seconds into the movie I called your tech support and spoke with Richard, whom helped me troubleshoot the issue with zero resolve. He offered his apology and the assistance of in 24/48 hours someone would contact me! That's absolutely ridiculous! I asked for a manager and spoke with Cailynn whom told me there was nothing she could do as I had already hit play, are you kidding me? I spent 30 mins on the phone without any help. While I was waiting I ordered the same movie from Amazon Prime Video, and it played just fine, volume and all! I am demanding a refund as it's very clear to me that the issue is on your end and not ours. I'm beyond unhappy with the blatant disregard for customer care and experience. I will NEVER use your company again, ever! Maybe in the future you should give your customers the benefit of the doubt and at the very least treat them with a level of importance because after all without them you have zero business! Disgusting
