The first appointment they cancelled the day of leaving us to rearrange a second days shedule. The second appointment they didn't have the gasket/trim piece and wanted to reschedule again after we were at the site. They didn't want to send someone out to get it and refused the offer for us to get it. If we didn't push they would have blown us off a second day. Not great customer service. Doubt we'd use them again.
