I only gave 1 star because zero wasn't an option!
I place a pre-order on 4/18 with the expectations it would arrive sometime in May. It's now 6/26 and I still HAVE NOT received my order. I emailed them an they said due to Covid things were behind. I understood that but for it to be almost July and I still haven't gotten my order is beyond ridiculous. Not to mention my kids are more than upset over it. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

My 79 old mom ordered a ductless ac off the site when received did not like how she had to use it...
