My 79 old mom ordered a ductless ac off the site when received did not like how she had to use it by re freezing ice packs called to return did not answer the phone with company red flag one, ask for a shipping label told would email with in 2 days, nothing called 3 times until i had to call and go off, had to call ups to getting address since shipping label was worn. Told got info will send back he told me not to ship and wait on label i said no only have 30 days to return and trying to pro long so they wont have to refund her. Made a complaint to general attorney and on her to warn others if they happen to look at reviews LOOK at all the calls she made still no label or resolution.

I ordered the standing desk from this company over 3 months ago and still have not received anything. Similar to other reviewers, "customer service" responded to my initial email but I have not heard anything back since (I've sent 4 emails to follow up). It's a complete SCAM and I have not been able to secure a refund for a product that I will never, ever receive. I recommend NEVER ordering from this company so you don't lose your money the way I did.

Very responsive with emails but constantly stringing me along with COVID Delay excuses. It's now seven months later and still nothing. Tracking number given to me today, upon my request, but USPS does not have package yet to ship so I expect this is just another tactic to string me along again. Preorders are non refundable beyond 14 days, but nobody predicted COVID issues back when I ordered this stupid candy in January. Very unethical. I'll be submitting a request to my credit card company to reverse the charge. Oh, and my young son is very sad and disappointed over this. Shame on you.

I place a pre-order on 4/18 with the expectations it would arrive sometime in May. It's now 6/26 and I still HAVE NOT received my order. I emailed them an they said due to Covid things were behind. I understood that but for it to be almost July and I still haven't gotten my order is beyond ridiculous. Not to mention my kids are more than upset over it. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Horrible! You will never receive the product. You can't reach anyone through customer service. When you call the recording says another name and on my credit card bill they show as yet another name. Don't order through them.
I bought a desk for a standing desk. It wobbled so bad, there was no way to use my Macbook on it. I wrote customer service to return it. Like others here, I received the initial response, then nothing. Horrible experience.

I ordered a gift for my boyfriend over 2 months ago... was told 2-3 weeks for shipping... requested a tracking #... it never showed up as legit. I have contacted them many times and all I get is "it takes time" and then "there is trouble with the shipping company"... and then "the distributor lied to us"... and then "we're contacting our insurance to handle it"... meanwhile I told them either give me what I ordered or refund my money. What a joke company... ugh

First order, hat & shield - POOR.
-- Hat barely fits me, it is a small size for me & too large for my wife. Plus - that plastic face shield that comes with it - you have to attach it via the velcro on the hat and it AIN'T smooth. You have to be V-E-R-Y careful as you adhere the two together to get it somewhat smoothly attached.
Next, 2nd order - 2 of the"MAGIC" tee shirts that is water/stain repellent.
It took over a month - had to be shipped via the slowest method possible from China(just like what SEEMS to be MOST of the products coming to America now).
-- I had to send 3 emails for status(they never gave a time frame upon ordering).
-- After "OT" receiving ANY kind of response, I contacted my credit card company to dispute and get my money back. Guess what, they sent a response to the credit card company who passed it on to me.
-- Took appx 5 1/2 weeks to get that 2nd order...
-- I tried to go back to the site to review my order but they do NOT retain that content - KEEP your receipts handy in case you need to dispute charges to get your money back.
B/c of poor customer service and not the greatest products, I believe I will skip them from now on.

They sent the wrong item. They sent the WRONG item and told me that I had to pay to ship it back because I should know their policy. Yes, their policy applies to the items that I purchased, they did not send me the right item that I purchased which I see they do frequently. I'll never use this company again.
I have been having the WORST experience with this company for an item that I ordered back in JULY! First, the item took forever to arrive - then, it was sent to the wrong address! - then, it was finally delivered but was DAMAGED - then, I contacted support and they told me to send evidence and that they would send me another one - i did that and I did not hear ANYTHING back. THEN I contacted Support on Facebook who also asked for evidence (which I sent, AGAIN) and they again assured me that they were going to send me an express shipment right away, a new product - THEN they said they would send me tracking information "in a few days" but it's been almost two weeks!
THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I've ever received and I'm utterly disappointed! I wish I had come across all these reviews before buying a product from them. DO NOT BUY from them, they're THE WORST!

I sister-in-law order some shoes for my husband for christmas, she ordered them the beginning of October- still haven't got the shoes (today is jan 9,2018) They give a fake tracking number. She finally got fed up with it and cancelled the order and ask for a refund. Lets see how long it will take them to give her the money back
I needed to update my new address and phone number. They asked for 2 id to show proof of address change which I did send... that was 2 weeks ago... the phone number to customer service no longer exist... no response on email either

I really like this store. I and my family often make purchases here. Here you can find many things that are necessary and interesting at reasonable prices. Last week I ordered a bag here.
The consultant called back immediately to clarify the details of the order.
We delivered the bag quickly, two days later. It was well packaged and fully corresponds to the description.

I ordered 3 laptops and didn't receive them. Emporium cancelled the order and never told me. I kept getting a bill and when I called them they passed me around stating that it is billing's fault, billing said it was shipping's fault. Both would put me on hold but then the phone would hang up. Phone number I was given would not go through.

I ordered from this place and got my items. Paid 2 months then decided to pay off what i owe early to close my account. After paying off $0 balance i got an email stating my account had been transfered to another financial place and I owe $168. They gave me the run around and still waiting for them to let me know what is going on. I definitely wouldnt recommend this place. Im pissed off.
I ordered a refurbished Dell Laptop in September 2016 which the battery does not work within a year as well as i had to replace the laptop charger 3 times since purchase. Total purchase price was $474 plus $17 process fee and $18 week was deducted each month and my final payment would be due Dec. 6,2016 I thought there return process was more of an inconvenience, hassle and it would be less stressful to keep it and replace the parts. I did 90 day same as cash and in December when I attempted to make my last payment, I was unable to log in and got an error and to call customer service. I called and spoke with David and processed the $216 due to pay the balance. I found it odd that after he processed (or pretended to) I asked if there was any confirmation number that I could refer to and was told: "No but if there is any problem with the payment that I would receive an email, other than that you should be fine. Months later I checked my account and Monterey Financial was taking $75.00 from my account which i discovered was the the cause of the domino effect of overdraft charges. During that time, I fell ill and was dealing with a family crisis and was unable to deal with the stress. When I did speak to someone from there they were extremely aggressive and rude when trying to explain to them that the balance was paid within the 90 days on December 16,2016 and I do not owe. I now have derogatory mark on my account owing $315 outside of the $75.00 for 9 months they have been unjustly and illegally robbing me of. The only proof I have is the day I called and paid it off and the duration of the call from my phone bill. As life was already stressful enough, I feel the are predatory and do this to consumers in order to pay that ridiculous high interest and do not process when trying to call within the 90 days to avoid that. I will be seeking legal counsel and demand they remove that false balance due as well as reimburse me for any fees outside of the $216 that was paid off within my 90 days. I am a single parent on a fixed income and I they purposely seek out individuals as myself that may need a payment plan. This is predatory lending and no different than stealing money that does no belong to them. It took awhile but while my family is in order as my health I am fighting back and getting all moneys back that I don't owe and seek legal action for damages due to this!

Please beware! They have no plans in taking your payment if you try and pay it off within the 90 days! You will not be able to access the payment part of your account online and by phone they will say they process it and continue to deduct from your account! STAY AWAY!
