I am writing a review on a product that I never got. It said it had shipped however was not delivered due to insufficient address. When attempting to correct this issue service stated two things in the same response. 1-they don't do returns 2- they will do it again for another $15. So is this a real company? I don't know. I don't have proof that I put in the correct address, maybe you should! Do I give them 15 more and see or just cut my losses?
