I purchased a pair of Ugg branded slippers in April 2021, believing they are good quality, comfortable slippers for around the house. But 9 months later the inner sole materials deteriorated and started hurting my feet, its clearly poor materials used, I'm only 55 kgs it's not my body size affecting these I'm fairly slim. When approaching the Iconic they instantly blamed it on "wear and tear" and accused me of not bringing it to the attention any sooner! It only occurred after this time how friggin rude and unprofessional, I have been suffering from Uterine Fibroids for 6 months and unable to function with low iron and massive heavy blood flowing everywhere, do you think they understand? How am I supposed to send emails when I'm in the toilet every day with blood everywhere! Don't you think once I'm healthier I can do that? Common sense prevails.
It's an appalling way to treat your customers and shows you lack the knowledge and ability to handle faulty products. They are clearly just selling what the major retailers refuse to sell, due to quality and materials. I won't be returning.
