I ordered a 1500 piece I Love Horror jigsaw puzzle and after two weeks of waiting, I got a 1000 piece cat puzzle. The pieces were as thin as construction paper and did not snap together at all! I didn't bother trying to complete it! I emailed them and told them they sent me the wrong puzzle (I included a picture), and they apologized and offered me a discount (on what I'm not sure), but I asked if they were going to send me the puzzle I ordered and I have yet to receive a response. It's been over a week.
