Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever come across. Horrendous, rude to the point they will not listen or let you speak. Why oh why did they ever close all the Dress Barn locations and sell to the company they sold to

Tip for consumers:
They will not refund your money and they take out return shipping cost if you send something back. Their shipping cost is outrageous
