I made a purchase of 9 items. Once I placed the order I realised that there was a automatic address change. I contacted Ashley Stewart waited on the phone for 1hr 15mins for them to tell me I can't make any changes including the correct address. 3 days later I get an email that my order shipped less 5 items that were all of the things on sale. I still couldn't cancel the order because they said that the items had shipped. I contacted the ups and they said there is a label but not any packages yet. I am definitely done with this company. 3 strikes I'm closing my card out.

Tip for consumers:
The material has become truly horrible so your constantly doing a hit or miss. Do not rely on the models they show for sizing

I recieved a message today saying that my account was closed do to inactivity. Because I received multiple items that were damaged. Did not know if you dont use their card regularly they will close your account. This will put a hard hit on my credit score. Be ver careful with this company.

I placed an order on 01/25/22 my order said delivered. I contacted the company and ask them to contact the driver to find out where he left my order and I was told no and they weren't giving me a refund for my 60.00 dollars.

I purchased s bag from dooney,&, bourke I didn't take the bag out of the packaging to examine it right away,. When I did take it out to use the strap was broken and the leather around the strap looked like it had been rubbing up against something. Now they want me to pay to have it shipped back even though it came defected. The customer service horrible. They will never get another dime from me. If you see this Style number don't purchase because it's cheaply made (B2DBM3264BLBL)

I made purchase from this company and they are sending me emails saying that I need to make a payment but my card has already been charged they are now saying its been shipped so they can't cancel my order, lies. I've now been block from issuing a ticket too customer service.

I never received a email back regarding the wrong dress that they sent me and wanted me to pay to send it back. I did receive a phone call saying that my account was in collections because my payment was two weeks late. I then looked on my bank statement and it was a kick back for some reason, but they never notified me regarding this and because it was two weeks late I was charged a 28.00 dollar late fee which leads me to believe that the wait to contact me was so they could get that late fee and the put my available credit to 0 and my bill was 156 out of 600 such a joke. What I have noticed is it is all credit card companies that service under this on bank.
