So, I made a purchase with AGFCamera through their website and Shopee. I bought a

"Leica Noctilux-M 50mm F/0.95 ASPH. Lens Black ******* *BRAND NEW*" for $8839

And a

"Leica Visoflex Elctronic Viewfinder with GPS ******* for M10 M10-P TL X *BRAND NEW*" for $484

And I also shipped a "

LEICA SUPER-ELMAR-M 1:3.8/18 mm ASPH. Brand New

To their store because they told me they could keep it to me until the end of pandemic so I could pick it up or have it shipped together with my other items.

My purchase was paid in the beginning of the pandemic and I could not travel right away to Hong Kong because they placed restrictions to travelers and they could not ship because shipments were being restricted in my country as well.

So, pandemic ended, got in touch many times, they never shipped anything nor gave back my money, total of 12k USDs. They stole everything shamelessly!

Now I have to start an international court action, contact the local police (fraud department) because I still can't get there in person. But even in this case I would have to spend a good amount of money just to try to solve this in person.

Another great example of untrustworthy business that are forced to fulfill purchases just because their money are being held by sites like eBay. PayPal and shopee are completely useless! Do not trust AGFcamera business!

Total damage: more than 12K USDs

I had some account credit because the shoes I previously ordered from GOAT arrived used. I sent the shoes back, but Goat didn't accept the return, telling me they were not sent in that state. So I sold the shoes as used and got some store credit. That was the first problem I had with Goat. So, Since I had the store credit I decided to purchase (order #*******) a pair of Adidas Prime X, Brand new one. Paid the rest with my card and waited………. 2 weeks later now and nothing, they got the shoes, it was verified but never shipped to me. Now that I am ready to receive anything from goat with a camera, opening the box in front of the delivery/carrier personal, they simply do not ship my shoes. They also did not give my money back yet and no explanation whatsoever. This is the state of American business nowadays…

Disappeared with two packages of mine (total worth of $440) and keep telling me I have to get proof Amazon don't have them, since they claim they have sent them back to Amazon by mistake!

That is the easiest way to steal something or transfer responsibility for a loss or theft. You trust a contract ship your stuff to a mail forward company but someone disturbed personality there simply decides to mess with you packages, steal, disappear, hold, sequester, and doesn't Mayer how many time you claim a refund for the "loss", they keep asking you to wait until they decide if they will or not refund my money which they have stolen! The contes of then disappeared packages, 4 Bilstein Suspension Struts (Shock Absorbers) for the Jeep.

Now as international customers, how can you possibly trust a disgrace of company and people like that? Sons of hell, born through axxholes….

Unfortunately contacting a Lawyer will not solve any of these issues, nor will it get them solved any faster. We are currently still searching for your Package, as it seems we are unable to locate it at the moment. We will of course compensate you for the Package if we cannot locate it, but I will give you an update when I get personally get one, but we are still searching for this Package.

Unfortunately they were indeed Returned to the wrong location, but there should be no reason they cannot send us back the Package. If you have any confirmation from Amazon, please let me know.
